Looks like an AC but could be something East European. |

The AC cars of that era had 1/4 elliptic suspension all round and therefore no front dumb irons. B2 Citroen? |

The B2 had 1/4 elliptic suspension as well... But nevertheless Citroën is a good guess: 1926 B12 (or 1927+ B14) Torpédo would fit. Headlights are missing... |
