I think it is Ford as well. 1933 due to the less thick type of grille shell. Not sure what's with the chrome strip in the center of the grille. Clearly not a De Luxe version which had 2 horns on either side below the headlights. The non-De Luxe version had a single horn on the driver's side, but here, there are no horns on either side, which is odd.
