Looks like Mexico for this episode and plate, so Dodge Dart/Chrysler Volare. K is a colloquial name, although for its first year, the Mexican Volare was actually called Volare K. For 1986 the Dart - now a Chrysler - became the 600. The following year the name was changed again to a small coupe bearing the New Yorker front end, which was built until 1989. The Chrysler Volare continued until 1988.
