The rod is a 32 Ford I guess it has a 32 grille but it was common to mount those on A Fords. |

It's a 1932 Ford highboy roadster. Highboy means it has a stock height body - ie not chopped or sectioned. |

This is not a full highboy I guess. Because I have gotten the impression that a highboy is a fenderless roadster |
