This looks to be a UK location dressed as a US locale. I believe this is at the end of the film where Humbert meets Lolita's husband. Buildings have a very English look especially the roofs and the chimneys with the two pipes out the top. Add a postal box and park three late model American cars on the barrow street to complement the main character's Ford Country Sedan, voila, reasonably passes for the United States. |
