Both TR7 and TR8 finished in Oct 81. Initial TR7 75-76 were LHD only for US (and CDN?), with RHD from May 76 for UK and elsewhere. Very few RHD TR8s were made, and it's doubtful if any RHD were sold outside UK, so this HK example almost certainly TR7. The only dating feature visible is the body colour rear panel (Jan 78 onwards, previously black). Any shot of wheels or bonnet badge might give a tighter date. |
