french Hotchkiss H38 light tanks,foreground vehicle has the long gun..the background one has the short gun..both the same calibre..the rondel on the rear tank indicates this to be pre war footage , before the German invasion..after the german invasion of France, all these tanks were captures and impressed with the Germans and had the dome shaped commanders cupolas removed and replaced with a split hatch type. |
