I was going to say very unlikely to be BR, but then I came across this….. Link to "www.crecy.co.uk" The buying policy must have been different in the Southern Region, up here we got Morris-Commercial, Karrier Bantam/Gamecock and then TKs. |

Probably won't surprise you that I have that book! BR big users of the Thames ET6 particularly when they introduced the 4D diesel engine. One of the best starting and most reliable diesel motors ever. That led to BR's switch to diesel road vehicles.
