This Mr. Iida is one of the names mentioned in the credits. Most likely this Clipper Truck: https://nosweb.jp/articles/detail/131

Article (in Japanese) mentions that the truck was owned by an Iida Hiroshi before the he gave the truck to the current owner circa 2017. This Mr. Iida is one of the names mentioned in the credits.

As a side note, this is the 2nd movie car I've encountered in real life at an event...
