This could be Howard Cunningham's DeSoto. |

Quoted from Collectible Automobile magazine February 2008: "Twenty-eight years after its debut, the DeSoto Suburban earned a kind of immortality as the Cunningham family's car on the long-running Happy Days television comedy series." |

It doesn't exactly say that it's a 46, but that is when the Suburban model was introduced. |

1948 DeSoto Suburban , same as on the other pictures in this movie. |

Same as this one too? /vehicle_147533-De-Soto-unknown.html If so, then if we don't merge this, maybe we should make this for the apparent T-bucket next to it. |

No, there is a Suburban here as described on the page for the other similar De Soto, a De Luxe 5 passenger car. Pilou has correctly named both cars, so I leave those who are empowered to reorganize the thumbnails to match each separate listing. The t-bucket deserves mention, but unless it is a well-known build or if we have any history of the builder, it's useless to list it on its own page, in my opinion. |

I seem to remember that car being identified as one with three row seating, or an eight passenger in at least one episode. The roof to carrier is consistent with internet photos of the eight passenger. |
