It's possible in the UK, but I see no reason why it can't be an American model either. By looking at the brochures, on the Canadian models, the front wheel arch is square (due to the fact that they used Chevrolet bodies), whereas on the American models it's more rounded. Also, I think the lower part on the rear fenders (between the rear bumper and the arch) is chromed on the subject vehicle.
