Front reminds somehaw Boyertown, but it's not Boyertown because curved glass and lack of pillar. Also not regular GMC van. Some Canadian body maker? |

Van built - possibly in very limited amount - in Vancouver by Commercial Body Builders Ltd., on GMC (above) or Chevrolet (in link) chassis, around 1965 and+.
