The year is 1962. It could be a regular "Series 62" 6-sindow sedan, or a 6-window "Sedan de Ville" |

I stand corrected; the year is 1961. Small, fuzzy images didn't help my judgment ...and the split grille had me confused. |

Series 62 got Cadillac emblem before front door almost at the lower. DeVille series, front fender series designation scripts and a lower body "skeg" trimmed with a thin three-quarter length spear molding running from behind the front wheel opening to the rear of the car. If you ask my 'guess' Sedan DeVille 6-Window [6329L]. Production was almost the same between Series 62 6-Window (26,216) vs. DeVille 6-Window (26,415). -- Last edit: 2011-03-03 19:26:26 |
