 1946-48 DeSoto Diplomat Special DeLuxe ( SP-15 C) .Based on the contemporary Plymouth , it was distributed by DeSoto dealers overseas.It may be recognised by the DeSoto coat of arms placed just above the central trunk light visible on this picture. Such logos were absent on Plymouths and Dodge Kingsways.It is a relatively rare car.
