I’d love to know more about the history of it. I didn’t own it the time of filming and only came across this because I type the registration into Google. it was Alfa Romeo’s press car so has been in some magazines and there is a video on YouTube called men and motors laguna v Alfa Romeo 156 with Richard Hammond in it.

Indeed, I checked and it’s the Sport Pack 3, given it has leather interior, I confused the packages. Here an extract from italian brochure: Both types of spoilers were available on all Sport Packs, or you could get them spoilerless. Sport Pack 2 had Recaro sport seats and Sport Pack 3 leather interior.

MrNick84 ◊ 2026-08-19 02:31	Hello Everyone a little update for you all on the lovely Alfa Romeo 156 2.5 V6 24V SP3 Lusso in Verde Amazzonia (to give it, its full title) I thought you would like to know that the car is still going strong, all 18 owners (myself being number 18) later! I bought it the other day from a very lovely previous owner. and Yes, it has been in BBC's Casualty, Series 16, Episode 25 (what becomes of the broken hearted) which can be viewed here (https://gofile.io/d/sg44Zh) and then scrolling down, until you get to the correct episode. The car is in the opening scenes of the episode. and Yes, it has been reviewed for men and motors, in 2002, by none other than the hamster, Richard Hammond. I also don't know if anyone will see this post, as the other posts are quite old - but I am hoping you all do.
