It's weird that using a older Omega despite the fact we saw 96 model in series 13, /vehicle_1348212-Vauxhall-Omega-1996.html but I guess this was the chase only, I think.

18.32 is a Mondeo 4dr (like the car behind the Omega in 18.37).

V870DNE belongs to a GMC Suburban, the Omega looks like a 1994-97 model by the seats.
