walter ◊ 2020-04-05 12:10	Plate belongs to a 230 Limousine according to Autotrader, so it's not this SL.
dsl ◊ 2020-04-05 13:27	Yellow plate only used on the rear in UK - front should be white. So another clue that plates have been switched. As it's a 1990 film date and the red 230 disappeared from UK records in July 89, maybe it did go to Thailand (despite not triggering the export marker) and then its plate was switched round for the camera. Difficult to tell but is this an SL with hardtop rather than SLC??
