CMP (Canadian Military Pattern) trucks for sure. With such a short wheelbase, I'd say Chevrolet C8 / Ford F8 (8 cwt / ⅖-ton, 101" / 2.56 m wheelbase) or Chevrolet C15 / Ford F15 (15 cwt / ¾-ton, 101" wb too). C8A / C15A and F15A (4×4 models) are also possible. According to this page, they have the 1940 Cab 11 or a 1941 Cab 12, and, more precisely, the vents on the grille sides indicate 1941 models. As explained on the dedicated page, what seems to be a square rear wheel arch and a short wheelbase indicates most probably a 1941+ Chevrolet 1311 X3. |
