Gamer ◊ 2025-08-13 17:27	There are some scenes in "Honk" Kong, but this looks like Japan. I believe the offset mounting on a curved pole is very typical.
Jnglmpera ◊ 2025-08-14 04:17	It is. In fact I was able to read off the address on the pole and found the exact building on Street View. Unfortunately the hospital seems to have gone out of business by 2009 and the building itself was torn down in the late 2010s.
