Early 750 Tiger/Bonnevilles were 724cc, later 744cc, Tridents were 740cc but the boxy UK spec tank was dropped with introduction of T160V in Nov '74 unless this is a showroom orphan? My hunch, TR7V Tiger or T140V Bonneville, can't tell without counting carb's.

DVLA have OYT399R as an August 1976 Triumph (still taxed 'til May this year, it's now red), but of 736cc??
