In movie the bus was from Austria (even had the 'A' sticker), so the plates can be fake. -- Last edit: 2007-11-04 22:54:43 |

Oh. Well, if they're supposed to be Salzburg plates they certainly are fake. But it's definitely an AEC Regal and I'll go along with the DAB body - I guess they just picked a bus up locally and faked it. |

Does the body necessarily have to be by DAB? Browsing the internet I found an interesting site about Danish coach builders at http://www.danskebusser.dk. One of the coach builders is "J. Ørum-Petersen" from Herning usually shortened "Ørum P". The coach at http://www.danskebusser.dk/bus/billeder/vis_billede.php?ID=983 shows a remarkably similarity with the bus in question. Apart from the obvious double head lamps also the shape of the windows look similar. |
