I don't know about in Canada, but in the US the Chrysler version of this car was called Cirrus and it had a different looking grille. Also this one looks to have California license plates and I see a street sign indicating Highway 110 North to Pasadena, so I would stick with calling it a Dodge.
cieraguy ◊ 2007-09-24 23:32	I'm thinking it's at least a 1997 since it doesn't have that reflector strip between the tail lights. The 1995 and 1996 models had that.
