JThw8 ◊ 2009-02-09 16:03	Even though its a poor representation (hey its a cartoon) it is most close to a 1950 not a 1951. The center "spinner" as it was known had a 4 bar pattern between the outer ring and the center bullet in 1950 as this one does, the 51 had 3 bars.

Commander 57 ◊ 2010-02-06 17:31	Front end is based on a 1950 Studebaker Commander. Note the enlarged headlamp rims. Champion had smaller ones. Center "spinner" is definitely based on the 1950 style.
