This is not a W 112 (which was a fintail W 111 with more chrome, an expensive engine and air suspension) but a W 109 which can be seen in /vehicle_1284053-Volkswagen-Sedan-Typ-1-1974.html as it has chromed door frames. The W 109 is a W 108 with air suspension and slightly more expensive interior. The W 109 only came as 300 SEL (S (GER = Sonderklasse ENG = Special edition), E (GER = Einspritzmotor ENG = Engine with fuel injection) L (GER = Lang ENG = Extended body) , but could have several suffixes, like 300 SEL 3.5 (almost none sold in USA/Canada), 300 SEL 4.5 (almost all sold in USA/Canada) and 300 SEL 6.3. -- Last edit: 2019-08-03 09:46:58 |
