Gelscoe Motorsport is a UK company who build nut-and-bolt accurate and expensive (like 1/4 mil.pound) GT40 replicas this is almost certainly not one of them, probably someone saw a picture of this prototype in their site https://gelscoemotorsport.com/ and thought this is a Gelscoe.. but all the "Fords" were made by RCR.
