Again about model origins: according to my knowledge, R&D of Ford Europe is divided between two centres in Germany (Merkenich, Cologne) and UK (Dunton, Essex). The UK centre is responsible for the development of small cars (Fiesta models and the first two Ka generations) and LCVs, while other models are German designed. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunton_Technical_Centre#Activities Should we consider this while setting the model origin here on the site? |
