Three sequences: - main and these 2 look like end of race, and might be the winner or a well-placed finisher judging by crowd running alongside. Bonnet has open sides, not sure if that's a 2 or 3 race number in front of steering wheel - earlier sequence looks similar/same, again with open bonnet sides ..... - then followed onscreen by this clip which looks same car type but has closed bonnet sides So 2 or 3 cars from same team?? |

This Pathe film seems to be the source of all the clips used by the Rover film, and another account. What I thought might be a number 2 or 3 seems to be the bulb horn, and the Rover footage with folk running beside it now seems more like a pit stop (refuelling, refreshments for driver and mechanic). Seems to be Henry Farman's Panhard-Levassor |
