If you look closely, this car is actually a 1981-1982 Ford LTD per the solid bumper, it has the 3 letter 79-82 LTD Badging on the pillar which looks much different than the 1983-1987 LTD Crown Victoria badging, this car is just a 1981 or 1982 Ford LTD with a 1983-1987 LTD Crown Victoria Grille.
