We had bases in Holland then,though it doesn't have their "AFC" plates on it? (Or the Green (at the time) US Forces in Germany ones or even the White "AFI" (American Forces,Italy) ones?? Or a 'USA' oval....but AFCENT plated POV's mostly had 'NL' ovals for some odd reason??))
