^ that just about sums it up. 1970+ wind-up windows. Maybe 1990+ mirrors and roof aerial. Simplest to call it a Rover Mini Cooper and quickly move on. Unless there's more pictures?? |

Update - I've now watched the video, which wasted 4 minutes of my life. There's nothing visible in the various sequences which gives a reliable ID. It has some Cooper-ish side tapes and a logo on rear wing, but they're not genuine. There's a very brief side shot which might have shown whether a 1986+ wing indicator was present, but too dark to say either way. It's Rover Mini Cooper-ish but too badly shown to resolve if genuine or a bad lookalike based on something 1980s or even earlier. |
