All the articles I have found usually are very general when talking about the Complete-Knock-Down Kits, just saying imported from Europe, some say Germany. But if they don't make them at all in Germany, then I doubt they are being imported from there. Wikipedia does list a plant in Alcobendas, Spain that produced the CKD kits. My guess is they are from there. But I believe we have been leaving the "Built In" blank for the CKD versions. MB has now added full assembly for Sprinters now for the current generation. ADDED: Looked up the VINs under the US NHTSA VIN Decoder and it says that the Plant was Vitoria, Spain.
