@night cub - why is this listed as 2008? I'm assuming the plate wasn't visible, otherwise it would have told you the model variant as well, so what are you basing '08 on? There weren't any changes that year. EDIT: just viewed episode, and determined it's a 2005 SLK350. It has the "old style" 5-spoke wheels (17" I think), which only appeared on 2005 models. In 2006, SLK350 models gained the 10-spoke design as standard (some 2005 models are also fitted with these), while SLK280 models used a 5-spoke 16" wheel design that looked very similar to the 2005 SLK350 wheels but with subtle differences. The difference is that the SLK350 5-spokes have the wheel nut holes *between* the spokes (as seen in the enlargement below), whereas on the SLK280 they're on the spokes themselves. -- Last edit: 2019-04-13 04:25:13 |
