Dodge chassis right? Body by Blue Bird or Wayne would be my guess. Ive never heard of Rico. Alot of South American busses are ex US school busses. |

Dodge D-500 or D-600 chassis.Bus body I think is a Mexican manufacturer, don't recall seeing any US built bus bodies that look like this one?? (But you'll see them 'South of the Border') |

No, S-500 or S-600, and these are the ones made from 1974-78. Just like that one that was converted into an armoured bus in "The A-Team." /vehicle_54086-Dodge-S-Series-1974.html -- Last edit: 2007-07-28 05:54:02 |

I guess I meant to say "S" instead of "D",I just always seem to think of those chassis by the -Truck- designations instead of -Bus- designations? (Haven't seen either one on the road from that model in years,either....older ones I do,but never 1974-78??) |

Mexico and Colombia built autobús models did not call them S-Series. They were all referred to as D-600. S-Series was North America only. Buc84 was right. |
