Did the production say anything about this car?

I was reading the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sungri_Motor_Plant information and was looking at the information pertaining to this subject vehicle. I found that article containing 'Achimkoy' a single prototype vehicle. However, looking at the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GAZ-M20_Pobeda#Export saying few has been assembled at DPRK

Quote According Russian car historian Andrew Thompson a couple of Pobeda’s are assembled in Pyongyang.
The problem is, we have never seen a photo of a North Korean made Pobeda.

For fun, the Russian website gaz20.spb.ru photo shopped some pictures of Kim Jong Il doing his on-the-spot guidance. In the background a shopped Russian Pobeda, they said that the car was made in the DPRK . They even had even given it a Korean name: Achimka (morning flower).

Yes I read about these but the serial production existence hasn't been proven. The narrator didn't mention anything about the make of the car.
Anyway our car seems to have the M-20 logo on the front.

Here's a North Korean stamp showing the car as Pobeda (뽀베다)

Did narrator say why on main pic it looks this way? At 1st glance it is like camouflaged prototype, but I doubt it is this(?).

Camouflaged like that for military purposes, I believe. It's not mentioned.
