The coach manufacturer is Duple Viceroy https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Bedford_VAL_Duple_Viceroy.jpg , but I don't know who made the chassis. |

Not vehicle 1111843, which is something continental. This is a 1969-72 Duple Viceroy body. Chassis is obviously not a 3-axle Bedford VAL, and its not a Bedford Y-series or a Seddon either as those were slightly taller with the chrome striping higher up the wheelarch. That leaves Bedford VAM, Ford R-series, AEC Reliance and Leyland Leopard as possibilities. I think its a 10 metre one but its hard to say. |
