A convertible coupe from 1931 or maybe 1932. From this angle it is too hard to tell exactly which model it is. |

I would go for an Auburn 1932 with this rather low windshield , probably a 8-100 or 8-100 A cabtiolet with sidemounts.It has the trumpet horns , not frequently seen on the 1931 models ( it is an eight ,12 cylinder models had standard wood artillery wheels , this one seems to have the wire wheels) |

In a WB's 1933 flick, "Mystery of the Wax Museum", there are several good shots (in the rain) of this or similar Auburn, some long-shots of it in motion through the rainy streets. Worth watching the film just for these. We are seldom given such long looks at interesting cars. This one's a beauty. |
