No - thumb is Fiat 1300/1500. Might be local build (Polski, Neckar, Seat etc) depending where it is. |

It is Slovenian neon, but it is placed on the Albanija building in Belgrade. Main pic - Pretis made NSU "Typ 77" - 1966-67 Typ 110 or 1968+ 1200. Thumb - yes Zastava 1300 by default in YU location |
