Looks like footage from Syria since it has a Syrian license plate from the Aleppo district, so it's rather a Saipa Saba: /vehicle_818891-Saipa-Saba.html Although it has a Kia badge, it's not unusual for taxis in Syria to have custom fake badges and decorations on them. |
