At a closer look it seems that it does have a (not very shiny) bumper... looks like a Riley of some sort. Maybe a '35-36 Falcon? |

Difficult to match what I think I can see the plate is E(x) 6716 with an issued 1935-ish combination. 1931-2 or 1938-40 give several opportunities. But agree very mid-30s Riley-ish. |

1932 is too early a date for this body type, I think. Could it be a '38 Victor, then? |
