Side trim and badge seem consistent, though most Chevy wagons of this period had the license plate mounted in the center of the tailgate beneath a single taillight. I did find one example of a Chevrolet with an arrangement similar to this; woody wagon bodies were built by outside contractors, so some variation could occur.

It only made 3,342 unit before they switch to all steel bodied station wagon in the same model year. This is model 2109.
