Doesn't look like the right trim for a Ranch Wagon. I'm not sure but I think all '58 four-door Ranch Wagons had trim like so: vehicle.php?id=158333. I have seen trim like on the one above but only on two-door models, which were also used as the platform for the Ranchero.
