Has early wheels and reflectors within reversing lights on boot (moved to below main light cluster in Feb 71 - UK date; not sure of details/dates for NZ running changes, but the first NZ-to-Aus XJ6 exports were Sept 71 onwards). Unless plate info gives different info, my guess would be a 69-71 UK build car.
