It does looks like 1983 or later Ford Econoline to me (faint visible Ford badge at the right side rear door) |

That's the 1989-1991 license plate position. Note how it isn't close to the lower left hinge but rather more centered on the rear door? Probably can nix 1991 by the fact I don't see any badges. |
