The picture shows the entrance to Tivoli in Copenhagen https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tivoli_Gardens , which means the Volvo might have Swedish plates, but might also not. I know there was a quarrel, with the German moped make Kreidler about the name Amazon, by which Volvo lost. According to http://www.volvoamazonpictures.se/modelyears/modelyears.php (MY 1958) Kreidler didn't own the right to the name in Scandinavia which means the could have been sold with that name in Denmark.
