If it's Bruce himself and an F1 car, it'll be a Cooper. Looks mid-60s so T66/T73/T77 seem best bets from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruce_McLaren

Semi inboard mounting of front coil springs plus lower position of driving mirrors suggests T66, but I ain't no expert.

Can't see a Cooper with #1 in a mid-60s GP, so may be non-championship event. Looks like Anglia 105E in top left so UK venue??

I Googled that pictures. Here's results:
First: film
Second: races
Third: formula libre

Wikipedia wrote Formula Libre (also known as "Formule Libre") is a form of automobile racing allowing a wide variety of types, ages and makes of purpose-built racing cars to compete "head to head". This can make for some interesting matchups, and provides the opportunity for some compelling driving performances against superior machinery. The name translates to "Free Formula" – in Formula Libre races the only regulations typically govern basics such as safety equipment.

I found many pictures of similar cars, but pictures of this car I don't found.

Interesting, on which websites I can found a video by screenshot - this way I can found this event's tv report easily...

Here is a list of non-championship events, in which Bruce took part:
