dsl ◊ 2017-03-25 16:55	Not sure if a bit of a mongrel. Late 60s onwards badging, 71+ (according to my book, but maybe a year or 2 earlier) rubber on over-riders), 73+ mirror. Tints so 69-ish onwards on S, a year or two later on E. But a 73 would have black grille with 2.4 badge. Best estimate at the moment - 1971 911 S (with newer mirror).

dsl ◊ 2017-03-29 15:12	The only definite clue from new pictures is 1970-73 arches, and I don't think it has the 72-73 S spoiler also fitted to 73 E. 2nd thumb might suggest 73 black front grilles but it's too dark to be reliable. Excluding 72-73 as rear grille is not black and has no 2.4 badge, which leaves 70-71 with all the bits I'd expect of an S. So changing year to 1970 but otherwise sticking with previous comments.
