It looks a bit like the old Hino "wings" logo on the front |

Those wing-shaped emblems don't mean Hino. Most dekotora have them, whatever their manufacturer. For this one, with the headlights' shape, I'm thinking Isuzu Elf (or one of its badge-engineered variants). |
