The Sceptre's plate ends with 342C/242C by what I remember and what is still a little visible, but I did set 1t year, as I was unable to read the rest (+ these plate sites don't want to cooperare with me in case of this TV series :p ).

 It is a Mk1 - no Mk2 "1725" shield beside number plate; 1965 C plate is OK until Sept 65 for Mk1.
