1955 Studebaker with Deluxe trim is correct. However, whether it is a Commander or a Champion would depend on the presence or absence of a rear fender side nameplate just behind the front door. The Commander had such a nameplate. The Champion did not. I see no nameplate on this car but there is the suggestion of where one might have been attached. Will assume that mark was left by a missing nameplate and call this a Commander. Is there another, closer view or a view of the passenger side? (BTW, the car is not a President owning to the absence of rear door vent windows.) |
