1971 or later due to visible rear sidemarker. |

The side markers were mandatory from 1968 onwards, year of the unveiling of the 1968-70 Jeep DJ-5A. But this one is a 1971-84 AM General model, due to the 5-hole rounded grille. Depending on the year and on the engine, DJ-5B to DJ-5M. |
